Job Title: Sales Associate - Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and promoting our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display and storage of products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Language: English.
