Key Responsibilities
- Present various treatment alternatives to potential patients.
- Provide precise information regarding surgical procedures, costs, and scheduling.
- Effectively manage and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and concise manner.
- Enhance patient experience by offering tailored consultations, fostering relationships, and guiding them through their healthcare journey.
- Utilize computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tracking results, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a diverse background in customer service or retention within relevant sectors such as retail, banking, insurance, hospitality, or fitness.
- Experience in account management or sales roles is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to excel while assisting clients in achieving their objectives.
- Exhibit organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, self-discipline, and exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Have proficient communication skills in English.
- Availability: Flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel between various Vision Group locations.
