Key Responsibilities

  • Present various treatment options to potential patients.
  • Provide precise information regarding surgical procedures, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Address patient inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Enhance patient experiences by offering tailored consultations, building trust, and guiding them through their healthcare journey.
  • Utilize computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tracking results, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in customer service or retention roles within relevant sectors such as retail, banking, insurance, or hospitality.
  • Background as an account manager or sales representative is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to assist customers in achieving their objectives.
  • Organized, results-driven, self-motivated, with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Availability: Flexible work hours from Monday to Saturday.
  • Travel Requirement: Comfortable with travel between various Vision Group locations.
