About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team at Redbrick, the parent company of Leadpages. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in helping us drive innovation and growth in our digital marketing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate the effort of engineering tasks and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and support existing software products and services, ensuring high-quality code and efficient performance
  • Promote best practices for software development and security, mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance
  • Lead technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions
  • Provide technical assistance to our customer success team, ensuring seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Python developer, with a strong background in software development and technical leadership
  • Strong full-stack experience, including JavaScript/TypeScript and libraries such as React
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, design, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
