Restaurant Manager

At Tim Horton's, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food standards.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and prepare and submit reports.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a food service establishment, coffee shop, or fast food outlet.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
