Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the continuous movement of products through manual stacking, unloading, and packaging of finished goods.
  • Collaborates with the Operator and Shift Supervisor, following established procedures to ensure materials are safely loaded onto production machinery.
  • Operates equipment for flipping parts as necessary.
  • Prepares packaging materials in advance.
  • Performs setup tasks as directed by the Operator.
  • Completes all other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

General Expectations:

  • Adheres to designated ISO/TS16949 responsibilities, environmental management systems, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensures compliance with company safety regulations and promotes safe work practices among all personnel and visitors. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
  • Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Aims for continuous improvement in all tasks.

Education & Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with up to one year of relevant work experience.
