Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the ongoing movement of products through hand-stacking, discharging, and packaging of finished items.
  • Collaborates with the Operator and Shift Supervisor, referencing setup procedures to ensure materials are safely loaded onto production machinery.
  • Operates bundle turner/pacman when parts need to be flipped.
  • Prepares packaging materials in advance.
  • Performs setup tasks as directed by the Operator.
  • Completes all other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

General Expectations:

  • Adheres to designated ISO/TS16949 responsibilities, environmental management systems, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensures compliance with company safety regulations and that all personnel and visitors practice safe work habits. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required at all times.
  • Maintains high standards of general cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Aims for continuous improvement in all tasks.

Education & Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1 year or less of job-related experience.
