About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BOTA VENTURES INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and sales.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory levels.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience or equivalent.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at BOTA VENTURES INC, you will work in a fast-paced department store environment, selling a variety of food and food products, including chocolate and confectionery.
