By becoming a part of the Fasken Talent and Culture team, you will oversee the complete talent acquisition cycle for roles within the administrative professional teams, directly influencing the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating innovative and effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates;
  • Offering guidance and support to managers throughout the recruitment process, particularly in selecting candidates who align with Fasken's core values;
  • Utilizing recruitment artificial intelligence tools to streamline processes, manage information, and improve the candidate experience;
  • Establishing collaborations with various networks and organizations to draw a qualified and diverse candidate pool while participating in equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives;
  • Fostering strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and aiding in the welcoming and integration of new hires;
  • Creating and sustaining a robust candidate pool, especially for high-demand roles;
  • Contributing to projects aimed at enhancing practices and bolstering the employer brand.

About You:

  • Possess a university degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field;
  • Membership in the Order of Human Resources Advisors and Industrial Relations (CRHA) is an asset;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a professional setting;
  • Fluent in both French and English for effective communication with candidates and colleagues across Canada;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to easily build and maintain relationships;
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a positive attitude;
  • Ability to manage tasks with diligence, discretion, and professionalism;
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
