As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be integral to our organization's growth by sourcing and securing top-tier candidates. Your focus will be on the recruitment processes for our various locations, managing everything from candidate sourcing to onboarding. We prioritize creativity, teamwork, and a strong dedication to quality, and we seek a motivated and capable individual to enhance our workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively develop and sustain a network of qualified candidates for both current and future job openings through diverse sourcing methods.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and expertise.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and comprehensive interviews to determine candidates' fit for specific positions.
  • Assess candidates for cultural alignment, technical competencies, and professional capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and engage in ongoing improvement initiatives and team projects.
  • Attend recruitment events and job fairs to enhance our employer brand visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of two to five years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or a comparable role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, particularly in high-volume settings.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment operations, and a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
