Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2451118 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional support to guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and develop a team of 5-10 staff members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
    • Requisition materials and supplies, managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to staff members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
    • Make informed decisions, using sound judgment and expertise to drive business growth and improve operations.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
    • Stand for extended periods, moving around the hotel to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
    • Show a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
