About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara VITAM Cleaning Solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for someone who can identify and develop the skills of our cleaning staff, providing them with the training and support they need to excel in their roles.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

You will be responsible for identifying areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommending these to our management team.

Establish Work Schedules

You will be responsible for creating and managing the work schedules of our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are able to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Experience

We are looking for someone with at least 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.

Secondary School Graduation Certificate

You will need to have a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Work Language: English

You will need to be fluent in English, as this is the primary language used in our organization.

30 Hours per Week

You will be required to work 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
