Job Summary

BHAGAT MOTORFREIGHT INC. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative activities of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures, budgeting, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including payroll administration, budget planning, and inventory control.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spreadsheet and MS Office skills.
  • MS Outlook experience.
Work Environment

Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.

Work Language: English.
