Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Preferred Accounting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including managing staff and resources
- Collect and record administrative and service fees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of the organization
- 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance and insurance environment
- Proven track record of managing staff and resources, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
