Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Downtown Mohali Developments Ltd. as a key member of our sales and marketing department.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Market Business Services: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our business services and products.
- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Create and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize returns on investment.
- Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Develop and maintain a digital database to track customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Work Under Pressure: Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
