Commercial Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop business cases to support growth initiatives.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and processes.
- Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on building strong relationships with business clients and driving sales growth.
