  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Develop and maintain a digital database to track customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Build strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Experience
