Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
