Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working together effectively to prepare and serve our menu items.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and order the ingredients and supplies needed to prepare our menu items.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure that it meets our high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets and prepare reports to track our restaurant's performance.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
Working Conditions:
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
