Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and manage events.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
- Capacity to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Fluency in English.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
