Customer Service Claims Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Claims Specialist to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our Claims team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to escalated customer concerns and complaints
- Liaise with the Ombudsman's office to resolve customer concerns related to claims handling and settlement
- Act as a primary contact for various distribution channels to resolve claims issues and concerns
- Track customer complaints, NPS stats, and gaps in coverage and product
- Provide reporting and trending on customer experience and cancellation sources to the leadership team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the member experience
- Complete new claim intake process through telephone contact or written contact with members
Requirements
- Post-secondary education completed and equivalent work experience in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Insurance claims experience required
- CIP designation preferred
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
