Job Summary

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will play a vital role in supporting seniors living at home by providing personalized care and assistance with daily activities. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure their well-being and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and toileting
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities
  • Light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying
  • Monitor client health and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain accurate records of client care
Qualifications
  • Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program
  • Current certification as a PSW
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
