Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC. as part of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless restaurant operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
Lead and Motivate Team MembersHire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure Quality Control and Customer SatisfactionEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the restaurant, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
