About the Role
Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Broker Dealer Information Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on advisor accounts and data databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain advisor information change requests from various sources, including Dealer Head Offices, Sales, Client Services, and internal email requests.
- Complete bulk transfers of accounts from one dealer rep code to another.
- Process dealer rep code change requests for individual accounts and advisors.
- Validate advisor information via the CSA Website to create a valid contact page.
- Reactivate, deactivate, or reassign contact pages as needed.
- Add and modify dealer rep codes in AXIS and associate DR codes in Salesforce.
- Complete approved wholesaler reassignment requests for dealer rep codes submitted by the Sales team.
- Review processed work items for quality control.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- CSC/IFIC licenses considered an asset.
