About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Broker Dealer Information Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on advisor accounts and dealer rep codes in AXIS and Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain advisor information change requests from various sources, including Dealer Head Offices, Sales, Client Services, and Processing.
  • Complete bulk transfers of accounts from one dealer rep code to another.
  • Validate advisor information via the CSA Website to create a valid contact page.
  • Reactivate, deactivate, or reassign contact pages as needed.
  • Add and modify dealer rep codes in AXIS and associate them with Salesforce.
  • Complete approved wholesaler reassignment requests for dealer rep codes submitted by the Sales team.
  • Review processed work items for quality control.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • CSC/IFIC licenses would be considered an asset.
