About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Management team at CBC/Radio-Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of RFPs, RFQs, and other sourcing initiatives to ensure best-in-class procurement practices.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and implement contract management processes to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure procurement best practices are integrated into their operations.
  • Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • SCMA (PMAC) certification or equivalent is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement software.
