About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at YMN Algebawi Construction LTD. as a key member of our painting and finishing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required for safe and efficient access to work areas.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including construction sites and client premises.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions
