About the Job

Six Star Homes Inc is seeking a skilled Painter - Exterior and Interior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all painting and wall covering work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exterior and Interior Painting: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Surface Preparation: Repair cracks and holes, and ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared for painting.
  • Equipment and Machinery Operation: Operate airless spray equipment, brush painting, and roller painting equipment.
  • Coating and Application Specialization: Apply aggregate painting and paint spraying techniques as required.
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Equipment and Machinery Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment and machinery as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and wall covering.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
