We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at JEEVA PHYSIO. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our clinicians' time.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including completing insurance and other claim forms, maintaining filing systems, and ordering supplies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Technology: Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents, and to communicate with stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
