POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who will report directly to the General Manager. This role involves proactively identifying and recommending strategic human resources initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance. The primary focus will be on analyzing operational outcomes and contributing to workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and fostering a culture that drives business success through effective staff engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Development
  • Contribute to the formulation of the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the achievement of business plan goals.
  • Engage in cost-benefit analysis of HR initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and planning sessions.
Recruitment and Retention
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor staffing levels and address any discrepancies.
  • Evaluate retention metrics and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with personnel policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate safety and performance documentation.
  • Oversee the execution of HR systems and action plans.
  • Assist restaurants with succession planning efforts.
  • Manage benefits and payroll processes.
  • Post job openings and conduct interviews.
  • Facilitate international recruitment efforts.
Human Resources Management
  • Advise management on policies, standards, and disciplinary actions.
  • Engage in problem-solving related to various HR issues.
  • Contribute to the development of local HR programs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Deliver training sessions for team members.
  • Stay updated on changes affecting HR practices and participate in relevant training.
  • Act as a liaison for foreign workers regarding employment inquiries.
Communication and Training
  • Deliver HR messages through effective presentations.
  • Facilitate employee communication sessions and analyze feedback.
  • Coordinate employee surveys and guide action planning based on results.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to management teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience in human resources is advantageous.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with all management levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective time management and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the quick-service restaurant sector is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in English is beneficial.
