A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE
Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will ensure the store operates efficiently and that your team delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include achieving overall goals and upholding our corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance, and visual merchandising. You will also need to be adept in effective recruitment strategies, provide impactful training, and utilize staff development and evaluation tools to motivate your team and help them excel.
SALES: Maximize the performance and profitability of your store; Train team members in customer service excellence—teach them effective sales techniques and ensure they are knowledgeable about all product features; Analyze sales data and develop innovative strategies to enhance sales; Schedule staff based on performance metrics and store traffic; Establish sales targets, devise a plan to achieve them, and communicate these goals to your sales team; Keep the regional manager updated on store operations and activities. ADMINISTRATION: Analyze reports to enhance productivity and sales; Open and close the store with the assistance of your management team; Efficiently manage all controllable expenses in your store; Collaborate with the head office on various projects and requests; Adhere to and implement the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (we will provide you with all necessary training); Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
