Sales Team Lead

Join Sani Marc Inc, a leading expert in cleaning and sanitation, as we seek a highly skilled Director of Internal Sales to lead our nationwide inside sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inside sales strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Train and lead a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing continuous support to maximize performance.
- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
- Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
- Ensure ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, provide regular reports to management, and propose corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
- Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
