Job Overview

The Chief Wellbeing Officer is instrumental in cultivating a supportive, secure, and health-conscious workplace that enhances the wellbeing, productivity, growth, and overall positive experience of employees at ISAAC Instruments. This position is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment that emphasizes capacity building, innovative initiatives, collaboration, and inclusivity, while also focusing on assessment and analysis, all under the banner of compassionate leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and oversee objectives, strategies, and initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging a vibrant community of ISAAC team members, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and systems for managing employee performance, potential, and capabilities (including HRIS), promoting innovation, growth, and development while enhancing operational efficiency related to wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the design of training and professional development programs that enhance employee skills and nurture a culture of ongoing learning.
  • Assist in the development and execution of competitive global compensation frameworks and appealing benefits policies to attract and retain talent.
  • Encourage a profound understanding of workplace wellbeing principles, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional, and social health of employees.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in wellbeing, workplace care, and organizational culture, as well as recruitment and engagement trends in a competitive technology landscape.
  • Act as a visionary leader, supporting the creation and implementation of innovative wellness initiatives that address the evolving needs of the organization and its workforce.
  • Champion a corporate culture that prioritizes wellbeing, employee development, engagement, and a healthy work environment, facilitating a human-centered and compassionate organizational transformation.
  • Serve as an approachable role model for balanced and healthy behaviors, fostering a positive employee experience and wellbeing on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the wellbeing team and other cross-functional teams, motivating and engaging both internal and external leaders to support wellness, learning, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with employees, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace that acknowledges and respects diverse needs and experiences.
  • Encourage a culture of feedback where input is actively sought, provided, and received.
  • Evaluate data from wellness initiatives through measurement systems to assess their effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
  • Lead and inspire by exemplifying ISAAC values while ensuring alignment with objectives, considering both organizational and individual needs, and demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and determination.
  • Collaborate in defining objectives, strategies, and tactics (OST) and ensure effective management of operations and changes to achieve them, optimizing the use of human, financial, technological, and informational resources, while maintaining transparency and accountability for outcomes.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence and care to create an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and engaged, recognizing contributions, sharing successes, and promoting outreach.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain top talent to foster collective success and empower employees to achieve their aspirations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in team leadership, organizational structuring, and talent development.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office 365 suite and experience with HRIS.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional weekend work may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Understanding of the employment sector and organizational culture within technology companies.
  • Experience in HRIS selection and utilization.
  • Willingness to work in the office more than two days a week.
