The Senior Vice President of Employee Wellbeing is instrumental in fostering a positive, secure, and health-conscious workplace that enhances the wellbeing, performance, growth, and overall experience of team members at ISAAC Instruments. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and oversee objectives, strategies, and tactics aimed at attracting and engaging a vibrant community of ISAAC team members, aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Establish policies, processes, and systems for managing employee performance, potential, and capabilities, including HRIS, that promote innovation, growth, and colleague development while enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of training and professional growth programs that enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assist in designing and executing competitive global compensation frameworks and appealing benefits policies to attract and retain talent.

  • Encourage a corporate culture that prioritizes wellbeing, employee development, engagement, and a healthy work environment, facilitating a human-centered organizational transformation.
  • Serve as an approachable role model for balanced and healthy behaviors, supporting a positive employee experience and wellbeing on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the wellbeing team and other multidisciplinary groups, engaging and motivating internal and external leaders to champion wellness, learning, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with employees and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace that acknowledges and respects diverse needs and experiences.
  • Encourage a culture of feedback where input is actively sought, given, and received.
  • Analyze data from wellness initiatives through measurement systems to evaluate their effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
  • Lead and inspire by embodying ISAAC values while ensuring alignment with objectives, considering both organizational and individual needs, and demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and determination.
  • Collaborate in defining objectives, strategies, and tactics (OST) and ensure effective management of operations and changes to achieve them, optimizing the use of human, financial, technological, and informational resources while maintaining transparency and accountability for outcomes.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence and compassion to foster an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and engaged, recognizing contributions and promoting outreach.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain top talent to cultivate collective success and empower employees to achieve their aspirations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • More than 15 years of experience in team leadership, organizational structuring, and talent development.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office 365 suite and experience with HRIS.

Conditions

  • Willingness to work occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Understanding of the employment landscape and organizational culture within technology firms.
  • Experience in HRIS selection and implementation.
  • Ability to work in the office more than two days a week.
