Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canadian Motor Freight Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate with government agencies as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Participation in a government or community program that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Participation in a government or community program that supports youth employment.
  • Participation in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
