About the Role

Hopper is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Disruption team, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of travel technology. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a product roadmap across multiple business objectives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-impact features.
  • Collaborate with external partners to drive new and existing implementations, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and increase revenue through merchandising and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand traveler needs and preferences, informing product development and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer service, to launch innovative features and products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and purchase patterns, using data to inform product decisions.
  • Build and maintain a diverse set of tools and analytics platforms to support product development and optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a consumer product role, delivering delightful features at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products, with a keen interest in innovative solutions.
  • Innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on customer needs.
  • Experience navigating complex systems and articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex business needs and customer problems.
  • Track record of being proactive and persuasive, with a strong focus on doing what is right for the customer and the company.

Compensation

The total compensation for this senior position ranges from $150,000 to $320,000 CAD, including a solid base salary and equity package.
