About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Disruption team at Hopper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a product roadmap across multiple business objectives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-impact items.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement new and existing products, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and increase revenue, leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Conduct market research to understand traveler needs and preferences, informing product development and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer service, to launch innovative features and products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a consumer product role, delivering delightful features at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products, with a keen interest in innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems, articulate complex ideas, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience connecting innovative solutions to real-world user problems and business needs, with a track record of success in a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Technical depth and ability to communicate with engineers and data scientists, with a strong focus on customer needs and company goals.
