Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Security Guard License.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role will involve standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
