We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Innovation Leader to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our Digital Special Projects sector, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and strategic growth in our Card Products division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Interpret and advise on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions and develop new innovative approaches related to the project.
- Lead in Your Field of Expertise: Stay on top of market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments to lead in your field of expertise.
- Drive Innovation and Impact: Develop directions that are innovative and have a lasting impact related to critical issues.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with other areas such as payment, legal & compliance, and banking products to ensure a smooth integration of initiatives and processes.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products. You should have excellent ability to influence stakeholders, propose solutions, and navigate ambiguity.
