Job Title: Strategy and Innovation Leader, Card Products

As a Strategy and Innovation Leader for Card Products at National Bank, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative card products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development of strategic plans for card products, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new card products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
About You:
  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on card products and services.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with a focus on teamwork and mutual support.
