About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Innovation Leader - Card Products to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Digital Special Projects sector, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and shaping the future of our card products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Interpret complex issues related to our strategic directions and develop new approaches to drive business growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments to inform our product strategy.
  • Develop innovative directions that have a lasting impact on critical issues, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Diagnose complex product problems, anticipating their impacts and developing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with payment, legal & compliance, and banking products teams to ensure smooth integration of initiatives and processes.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3-5 years in card products. You should have a strong background in payment and financing, with excellent knowledge of Agile processes and Confluence/JIRA tools.
