Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with central dispatch to receive and relay information, ensuring seamless communication and efficient logistics.
Requirements:
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid driver's license check
  • Pass a drug test and medical exam
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
