Dilawri Group of Companies (BC Region) is on the lookout for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily deposits within the CDK system.
- Reconcile all aspects related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with dealership management to ensure prompt collection of receivables.
- Maintain invoice accounts by summarizing receivables; manage monthly transfers to the accounts receivable account; verify totals; and prepare reports.
- Investigate account discrepancies by gathering information from sales, service departments, and customers.
- Update receivables by calculating outstanding invoices.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A solid understanding of the accounting cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
- Capability to manage a high volume of transactions under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable within the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CDK systems is a plus.
