Restaurant Operations Manager

Zunyan Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
