Treasury Analyst Opportunity

We are partnering with our client to recruit a Treasury Analyst to support their team in a dynamic and challenging work environment. As a finance and accounting professional, you will join an experienced team to support the management teams for various companies in our group, spanning multiple industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank administration for accounts, including setup, signatory levels, and access under the guidance of the Senior Manager – Treasury.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day relationships to ensure appropriate processes and transactions.
  • Open and close bank accounts, ensuring strong controls are in place and regularly reviewed.
  • Facilitate wire transfers and monitor cash position for all entities.
  • Assist with buying and selling US currency, optimizing return on cash balances and short-term investments.
  • Monitor compliance and reporting for all lines of credit, loans, and mortgages.
  • Report on and manage the corporate credit card program.
  • Support the Senior Manager – Treasury in operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  • 5 years' experience and an interest in Treasury.
  • CPA or other finance and accounting designations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to think critically about data for management decision making.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
