About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner in Medical Oncology to join our team at BC Cancer. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our cancer services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical oncology services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for licensure in British Columbia.
  • Canadian certification (FRCP, FRCS or CCFP) at the time of appointment.
  • Suitability for appointment to the University of British Columbia.
