About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Practitioner in Medical Oncology to join our team at BC Cancer – Victoria. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive cancer care to patients, working closely with radiation oncologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide symptom management and patient follow-up assessments for patients on active treatment
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Medical Oncology, with support from the department
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements
  • Eligibility for licensure in British Columbia
  • Canadian certification (FRCP, FRCS or CCFP) at the time of appointment
  • Suitability for appointment to the University of British Columbia
