Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary:
Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing project plans and schedules, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope to meet project goals and objectives.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and support project progression.
- Provide strong leadership to construction team members, capitalizing on individual and group strengths to achieve project targets.
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible impact on schedule and financial targets.
- Manage the procurement process, including subcontractor/trade/supplier negotiations and awards.
- Perform other related duties as outlined in Ledcor's Construction Operations Manual.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of related work experience as a Project Manager on residential, commercial, industrial construction projects.
- Completed post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, costs, budgets, and current construction practices and methodology.
- Ability to determine a problem's root causes, identify short and long-term solutions, anticipate patterns, and look beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
- Site-based role.
