About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance and Operations Supervisor to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our facilities maintenance and cleaning operations are cost-effective and efficient.
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure that our facilities maintenance and cleaning operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities maintenance and cleaning operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
