Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for maintenance and repairs.
  • Recommend additional services required for facilities maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The successful candidate must have manual dexterity and be able to work in a team environment.
